Flowonics supplies a wide range of high quality products to major customers in a wide range of industries. Products can be supplied in a range of ways to suit a particular customer's requirements and are tailored to best meet utilisation patterns. For instance items can be supplied in batches for customers to hold on stock, high volume/low value/consumable items can be supplied on a two-bin system basis managed by Flowonics and combinations of products can be packaged and supplied as a kit of parts for a particular task.

Flowonics is supplying traction pipework kits for the new Victoria Line Underground trains being built by Bombardier Transportation at their Derby facility. The new fleet of forty-seven, eight car trains are due to go into service in early 2012 and will provide passengers with a significantly enhanced travelling experience. Flowonics worked closely with Cummins to design stoneguards for use with their QSK19 power units. The stoneguards were manufactured from Carbon-Fibre, to achieve very high strength and impact resistance whilst minimising weight. Stoneguards were fitted to QSK19 power units fitted to Seimens 'Desiro' units supplied to First TransPennine Express. For more details of this contract, please click here.
